张峥Zhang Zheng

北京航空航天大学教授、博士生导师Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at BUAA (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics)

From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Zhang studied at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. After graduation in 1991, he stayed on campus as a teacher. In 1998, he received his doctorate. He is currently a professor and master supervisor. He is currently engaged in teaching and research on failure analysis, prediction and prevention.

科研方向Research orientation: mechanical equipment failure analysis and prediction; material fatigue, fracture mechanical properties; case base for failure analysis and expert system.

主讲课程Courses: Undergraduate compulsory course "Mechanical properties of engineering materials"; Elective course "Failure Analysis"; Master's course "Material Failure Analysis Techniques and Methods".

社会兼职Professional affiliations: He is also a member of the Special Committee of Failure Analysis of the Chinese Aeronautical Society and a committee member of Failure Analysis Sub-committee of Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

研究成果Research Findings: He has been awarded 2 first prizes, one 2nd prize, 3 third prizes for Scientific and Technological Advancement. He has won one China Youth Science and Technology Award and 1 Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Achievement Award from Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.Masterpieces and representative papers: Co-authored "Mechanical Properties of Engineering Materials", participated in the compilation of "Material Engineering Foundation", "Engineering System Reliability Numerical Analysis Method".

国际合作Global Cooperation:

In 2007, he co-cultivated a Ph.D. with Dr. Simoens of ECL. The research subject is “The Influence of Oil Beads on the Flow Field Downstream of the Flame Stabilizer”.

In 2008, he co-cultivated a Ph.D. with Prof. Gorokhovski from ECL, and research subject is“Apparent Simulation of Pneumatic Atomization Process”;

In 2008, he co-cultivated a Ph.D. with Associate Professor Schuller of ECP. The research subject was “Non-contact testing technology for temperature pulsation field”;

In 2010, he co-cultivated a Ph.D. student with Professor Gicquel of ECP. The research subject is “Research on the Interaction of Turbulent Combustion and Radiation”;

In 2011, he co-cultivated a Ph.D. with Dr. Simoens of ECL. The research subject was “Detailed Test Study on Turbulent Two-Phase Flow Field Down the Flame Stabilizer”.

代表性成果Representative Achievements:

1. In 1993, his "Interpenetrating Heavy Oil Pneumatic Atomizing Nozzle" won the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Aviation Industry in 1993.

2. In 1993, the “Augmented Fuel Concentration Field Study” won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Aviation Industry in 1993.

3. In 2004, "Wuzhi Infrared Suppressor Research and Zhijiuwu Infrared Stealth Technology Demonstration Verification" won the second prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award.

4. He has obtained 5 national defense patents.

5. He has published more than 160 papers in SCI, EI, ISTP, and obtained the extensive recognition by international peers in the fields such as AIAA Journal, Journal of Propulsion and Power, International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, Atomization and Spray, Heat and Mass Transfer, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Chinese Journal of Aeronautics, Combustion Science and Technology, The Aeronautical Journal, Journal of Thermal Science and Engineering Applications.

学术成果:Academic Achievements:

A total of 69 academic papers (46 SCI papers) are published, including 36 papers as being first author (28 SCI papers), 42 papers as being corresponding author (34 SCI papers). His related articles have been cited hundreds of times.He won the 3rd prize of the Tianjin Natural Science Prize.

In the past five years, a total of 31 academic papers (27 SCI papers) have been published, including 19 SCI papers as being the first author (including the journal Nature Reports, IEEE J. f light. techn. IEEE J. of Sel. Top. in Quant. Electron. Applied Optics and 26 papers as being the corresponding author.He has presided over two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Military 863 Key Project, the National Major Instrument Special Sub-task. Moreover, he was also engaged in the exploration of key projects and other scientific research projects. In the past five years, the fund involved in his projects amounted to 10 million.

1)基于电光调制器的雷达信号光子处理系统Radar signal photon processing system based on electro-optic modulator

With the increasingly complex environment for electromagnetic , electronic methods can not meet the future needs. Based on electro-optic modulation technology, the transient quantum storage high-speed microwave light processing technology is proposed, and the system is successfully built and integrated so as to greatly improve the microwave signal processing capability. The research thereof is supported by 863 program.Due to the outstanding performance, the 863 Program experts upgraded his project level from general support to key support.

2)首次实验上实现了航空电子系统中光波导通信(8x8光波导路由器) Optical waveguide communication (8x8 optical waveguide router) in avionics system was realized for the first time.

With the development of information technology, it is difficult for electronic technology to achieve ultra-high-speed data transmission. That being the case, it is urgent to develop optical interconnection. Under the support of the EU WADIMOS project, with the first international experiment, the optical interconnection routing in electronic chips is materialized. Furthermore, NPG Asia Materials 3(1) 34-40 2011 was the latest achievement. He also made an oral report at the 15th European Integrated Optics Conference and the European Photonics Conference (2010) .

3)基于声衍射的声光检测技术理论Theory of acousto-optic detection technology based on acoustic diffraction

In view of the current theoretical deficiencies, a new theory was proposed and validated. Based on this research, as the main applicant during the doctoral period, he applied for the national fund (high-speed acousto-optic waveguide modulator research; Approval number: 10674101), and obtained Third Prize of Tianjin Natural Science. According to the research hereinbefore, by relating silicon photonics, a new silicon waveguide acousto-optic switch was developed, which obtained National Youth Fund. The title for research is high extinction ratio silicon waveguide acousto-optic switch research; Approval number: 11104284.A new-structure of MZ acousto-optic modulator is proposed. It uses a beam of surface acoustic wave to simultaneously drive and modulate multiple arms. It has achieved the national fund with approval number: 11574328), The research results were published in "Scientific Reports".
